HM Skateboards is the newest addition to the company associated with HM Concerts & Management, Media Science, Standby Records and Track 6 Recording Studios in Cleveland, Ohio. Besides late night studio sessions in Track 6 Studios, there will be after hour skate sessions in the HM office as they prepare to build a new mini ramp for its skateboard team.
 
HM Skateboards is the hybrid team that connects all HM companies through skateboarding and music to reach an audience of today’s youth in the interest of music and extreme sports.  Competing in its first contest ever, HM Skateboards managed to place 32nd out of 41 teams at Top Shop 2008 at 3rd Lair Skate Park in Golden Valley, Minnesota.
 
The team is composed of Northeast Ohio natives including Mike Pitroski (Parma, OH), Terry Shebestak (Parma, OH), Austin Dixon (Fairview Park, OH), Cyril "C.J." Jackson (Cleveland, OH), Mike Simon (Medina, OH),  Brandon Barnes (Lorain, OH) and Kirby Metzger (Chardon, OH).
 
HM Skateboards supports skateboarding, skateboarders and skate shops.  The team will focus on local and regional skateboard contest and events, demonstrations, and skateboard charity events in support of new and upcoming skate parks around the Midwest.
 
Be on the look out for HM Skateboards locally in Cleveland this summer of 2008 as they prepare to compete in the éS Game of Skate in May, the Van’s Warped Tour in July and also the AST Dew Tour in mid July.  The team is also planning for a East Coast skate trip in August to start shooting for its DVD to premier next summer of 2009.
